Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, gym, and park are well-maintained. Daily garbage collection includes waste segregation, and the society is cleaned regularly. There is allocated parking for owners and visitors, 24/7 security with trained guards, and CCTV coverage. Street lights ensure nighttime safety. Good things here
Overall my living experience in the society was really great. There is no issues regarding leakage and seepage,termides pesticides issues in the apartment. Society is on main road so connectivity is great around the society. Spacious parking for owners and visitors in the society. read more

Maintenance was not that great like swimming pool is not functional and well maintained. Railway station is 12 km away from the society though bus stop is near by the society. read more

Good things here
I use personal vehicle and public transport; it is easy to find and travel. Market area is 200-300mtrs walkable distance from the residency, There is a like a mall kind of a market and grocery stores. Society was hygenic and Garbage collection is done on timely basis. I had 2 balconies in my house and we have ample sunlight coming in. Street lights are available. There was Stilt parking available in the premises and visitors parking was available, In the society premises we have temples, garden area for kids to play and open spaces, Gym was functional and well maintained, Lifts were not too spacious and not to small and it was working 24*7. read more
