Good things here

Hospitals is nearby. There is parking space alloted to all. Maintainance of the society is good and timely maintainance is done. Garbage collection is done on time. No major water supply and electricity issues are faced in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed. I didn't find any seapage problem particularly in my flat. Rooms are also spacious and ventilation is proper. Society celebrates all events and festivals. There is no pet related issues, society follows pet related rules. There are Facilities and Amenities like gym, club house are available in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Society is situated in outskirts, limited public transportations are available, we have to use our own vehicle or cabs for transportation. It takes 30 to 45 mins waiting time to avail any public transport. Quality of roads and street lights are not good, it's in a bad condition. There are no lifts installed in the society. Wet and dry waste are not segregated properly. Power backup is only available for the common areas. Gym is available but it is not functional at the moment. Swimming pool and olay area is not available. read more

The society benefits from the availability of autos for easy transportation, and there are nearby markets and shopping malls for convenient shopping. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, park, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society, and celebrations within the society are lively. There are provisions for visitors parking and open spaces are available. read more

There is a shortage of individual parking spaces in the society. During the summer months, water supply issues may arise, necessitating the use of tankers to supplement water availability. The presence of cracks in certain areas is a concern. Additionally, traffic congestion can be significant on the Pune Nagar Highway due to ongoing highway developments. read more

There are issues with leakage in the building, and there is no swimming pool available. Additionally, the railway station is located quite far away from the society. read more

Good things here

Maintenance and cleaning are done daily. The construction quality is very good. The gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden are all present and well-maintained. We have covered and spacious parking. The Pune railway station is nearby, and public transport is easily accessible. read more

However, there is no metro station nearby, so we have to spend more money on cabs. There is a playground, but it is very small, so children cannot play properly. read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Hospitals are very near the society Proper power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all. The construction quality is best in the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. CCTV and lifts are properly functional. facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house play area for kids are available and these are functional in the society. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available. read more

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport.
