It is a very good area and it is close to metro station, which is at a walkable distance. Good schools and colleges are there in this area, and the apartments here are really good as well.

This is a very nice locality in the centre of the city. The area is very clean and people living here pay extra attention to hygiene. Public transportation here is really good and one has metro and buses from here.

Baiyappanahalli is a nice residential place. The area has grocery shops, supermarkets and malls within the vicinity. It is also quite safe here. The overall environment here is peaceful and cool.

The roads are well maintained. Sometimes, heavy rains causes power cuts. It is very clean place. Various public transport facility is available nearby like BMTC, Metro, KSRTC, etc. Schools, colleges, malls, and markets are available nearby.
