Parking is ample, and security is robust with CCTV cameras and guards. The lifts are maintained well, and there are no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. The residents are cooperative, and there is a consistent water supply. read more

Autos are not readily available near the society; one needs to go to the junction to find them. The roads outside the society are not well-maintained. Cleanliness standards within the society are not up to par, and there is a lack of modern amenities available. read more

I'm pleased to say that the road condition and street lights in our area are top-notch, ensuring smooth travel and safety, even during the night. Additionally, we have ample parking space available, which is incredibly convenient for both residents and visitors. I'm grateful that we don't face any water supply issues; it's reassuring to have reliable access to water. Fortunately, major electricity problems are a rarity here, so we can count on a stable power supply. Our building's lift is well-maintained, providing easy accessibility for everyone. With functioning CCTV cameras, I feel more secure knowing that surveillance is in place and operational. read more
