Good things here

Water facility in this society is excellent compared to other apartments. There are water issues in other apartments where they rely on water tankers. However, in this apartment complex, we have our own borewell, which is very convenient. People here are very good and respectful. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately daily at a particular time. Amenities like kids' play area are spacious in the society. The clubhouse is also well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. Parking areas are spacious; we can park both two-wheelers and four-wheelers in the parking area in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are not easily available in the society due to heavy traffic issues nearby caused by ongoing metro construction. Even if we book any cabs, they often get automatically canceled, which is very inconvenient. The construction quality is poor as there are some cracks on the walls of the society buildings. Public transportation like buses is available quite far from the society, approximately 1 kilometer away. Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool in the society despite promises from the builder. Security is also lacking and should be improved, with security guards needed at the main gate of the apartment. read more
