Good things here

Living in this society has many positives that make it a comfortable place to reside. We're lucky to have public transportation nearby, and the well-maintained roads and streetlights ensure safe and easy access. The allocated parking and adherence to parking rules add convenience and orderliness to our daily lives. Plus, the good construction quality of our homes provides a sense of security and durability. It's great to know that painting is done on time, maintaining the appearance of our surroundings. Despite the issue with the elevators not being well-maintained, the overall construction quality remains commendable, ensuring the longevity and stability of our buildings. With 24/7 electricity and water supply, along with all modern amenities available and well-maintained, our basic needs are well taken care of. The continuous operation of CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of security, and the friendly atmosphere among residents fosters a sense of community. read more

However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The elevators, although installed, are not well-maintained, which can be inconvenient and frustrating for residents, especially those with mobility issues or living on higher floors. Good things here

Transportation are easily accessible at the walkable distance in the day time and parking is allot for the residents in the basements. CCTV camera's and lifts are installed and well maintained. Residential area has excellent maintenance and cleaning. They keep everything tidy and fix things quickly when required in the society premises. Good parking space. We have good evenet organiser for cultural activities, party or festivals. There is a open space with greenary and calm atmosphere. There are very good and in terms of safety too there apartment is very good. read more

Things need improvement

In nights no any private auto are available but you can book ola and uber or any other online taxi or auto anytime. If you love pets, this place might not be suitable for you. They don't allow dogs in the basement or even if you're visiting someone who lives there. Also, some guards use rude language in front of guests. read more

The roads outside the society are spacious and well-maintained. Cabs are readily accessible within the society. The society maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene consistently. Garbage collection and pest control are conducted punctually. Residents enjoy reliable water supply with no reported issues. Electricity supply in the society is stable, with constant availability of power backup. Waterlogging is non-existent both inside and outside the society. The drainage system within the society is efficient and functional. read more

The construction quality in the society is substandard, leading to occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and problems with plaster. The quality of the walls is notably poor. In amenities swimming pool and club house is not provided in the society as the society is a bit old. read more

The lifts are in good condition, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. Sufficient parking is available for both visitors and residents. Power cuts are rare, occurring perhaps once a year. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the flat. The residents are cooperative and sociable, and festivals are celebrated in the community. read more
