The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. No major traffic issues are faced around the society. Roads are in a good condition. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Basement parking is available. Balcony available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. Open spaces and walking tracks are available. People staying in the society are very friendly and copperative read more

Things need improvement

It's an very old building so seepage and leakage issues are quite commonly seen in the society buildings. The building is 17 to 18 years old so the construction quality is average. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society but nothing is properly functional. read more

Good things here

There is good public transport connectivity here with autos and buses. Malls and markets are all available near the society. There are 2 metro stations within 10 to 15 minutes' distance. We celebrate all festivals like Holi and Diwali. The construction quality is good, and ventilation is excellent, so there are no problems. We have a basketball court, playground, and garden in the society. Parking is available. Cleaning is impeccable in our society. Maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is very well-managed. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful. I have been living in this society for 20 years. read more

However, there are no modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, or clubhouse in the society. Water logging is an issue during the rainy season. Otherwise, everything is running smoothly and well in our society. read more

Good things here

Society has really good connectivity like local transport is available easily ,local market are available near by the society. Roads outside the society is wide and as such there is no traffic issues around the society. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors in the society. Build quality is excellent and as such no issues regarding fitting and seepage. Society is safe and secure to live and cleaniness is done on priority. Full power back up facilities are provided in the society. Al the festivals and cultural events are celebrated in the society. read more

Metro is 5km away from the society. There are zero amenities in the society only small kids play areas has been provided. Power back up facilities are chargable. read more

There are nearby market areas, school, hospitals at a walkable distance outside the society. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. There are no seepage or leakage inside the buildings, the construction quality is good. Inside the society there is no such water logging issues. Small park is available in the society. The social life is good in the society, People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society Electricity issues are not faced, Power backup is available in the society. Outside the society there are water loggings that happen on the main roads specially during rainy season. All facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Sometimes parking issues are faced, parking space is very small. read more
