In terms of connectivity, the society seems to be situated in a developing area with commercial complexes, a 5-star hotel, restaurants, eateries, and a big sports academy nearby. This setup would offer convenience to the residents in terms of access to amenities and entertainment options. read more

The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) has taken over maintenance from the builder, leading to lower maintenance charges and better management. Community events are being organized, creating a more cohesive atmosphere within the society. Additionally, the surrounding area is developing well read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality and high maintenance charges. Issues with lifts, security, electricity dependency on generators, and water supply from tankers. read more

The society has excellent amenities such as a club, gym, pool, sports facilities, and tight security. I am residing here for last 6 months, haven't faced any issues as such. The people here celebrated Ram Navmi Festival like anything. read more
