The infrastructure and build quality meet high standards, with no issues like leakage or seepage, even in the basement. Adequate parking space is allocated for both owners and visitors, and the security staff is well-trained to manage parking slots and ensure people's safety. All necessary amenities, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym, are available and well-maintained. The residents are well-educated and decent, with a dedicated Utsav committee organizing festivals and cultural events.
