Good things here

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced in the society, water is always available. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is always available. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Paintings are done on time in the common areas. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society. read more

The connectivity of the society is mediocre, with limited availability of public transport like autos and cabs within walking distance outside the society. The narrow roads contribute to occasional traffic issues. read more

Good things here

Living here feels really good. The people are very nice and friendly, and we celebrate festivals together, which is really fun. It�۪s actually a great place to live. The connectivity is good. There are parking facilities, and it�۪s easy to get autos and cabs. This makes getting around very convenient. Maintenance here is also good. They provide lift and garbage collection services, which keeps the place clean and comfortable. The construction of the building is okay. There are no issues with seepage or cracks, which is a relief. There are various amenities available such as gyms, swimming pools and club houses too. Overall, it�۪s really good to live here. The people, the connectivity, the maintenance, and the building itself all make this place nice. read more

Swimming pool is available here but it has been closed from quite a few months now, I don't know the reason behind this; apart from this , everything is nice here, I don't face any other issue. read more

Auto-rickshaws are easily accessible nearby, and the roads surrounding the society are well-maintained. Daily garbage collection ensures cleanliness within the society, and residents enjoy uninterrupted water supply around the clock. The lifts are regularly serviced for smooth operation. Modern amenities are plentiful, catering to the diverse needs of the residents. The community spirit is vibrant, with residents coming together to celebrate various festivals. Thankfully, there are no concerns regarding leakage or seepage, and the flats boast excellent ventilation. However, it's worth noting that a metro station construction is underway, located approximately 1. 5 km from the society. read more

The local railway station is situated around 7-8 km from the society, necessitating residents to rely on autos for transportation. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is presently out of service. read more

Good things here

Transportation is very convenient here; auto and cab services are readily available, and there is ample parking space. The roads have been widened, making them even better. Painting is done on time, and all three elevators are installed and well-maintained. Garbage is segregated and disposed of properly. Water and electricity are available 24/7 in the society. The flats are properly ventilated, and all amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and play area are available and of good quality. When I and the other residents shifted here together from the under-construction building, everyone was very nice. read more

Things need improvement

There is currently no metro station; it is still under construction. As a working woman, I generally do not use any amenities. However, since the gym is nearby my building, it could be further improved. read more

Good things here

On the positive side, there are malls, markets, and grocery stores within walking distance, and parking is allotted for everyone. The society has good ventilation, and there are no issues with seepage. Cleaning is done regularly, so there are no problems in that regard. read more

Things need improvement

Public transport is not available. Although there are amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area, they are not maintained well and are often dirty. The builder promised all these amenities would be working when we bought the flats, but they have not kept their promise , even when we bought the flats, the price included the cost of amenities. However, we haven�t been able to use these amenities for the past 5 years. None of the amenities are functional, and no festivals are celebrated in the community. read more
