Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Society is on the highway, so everything is available nearby. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Basket ball court is also available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. read more

Auto easily mil jata hai. Society clean bohot hai, lekin greenery bohot kaharab kardi hai. Amenities jaise gym, pool, club house, table tennis court, basketball court, grocery store hai, cafeteria aur saloon bhi hai aur sab well maintained bhi hain. Neighbours friendly hain, sab helpful hain aur sab achche families hain. Pet friendly society hai. read more

Market area nearby hai lekin metro connectivity bohot poor hai. 4-5 km door hai metro station. Pehle Electricity aur maintenance bill kam tha lekin ab pichle 2 mahine se bill jyada aane laga hai. Jitna jyada ye charge kar rahe hain utna kaam mtoh ye karte nahi. Seelan aur seepage ki dikkat bhi ho rahi hai kuch flats mai toh. Time jyada ho gaya hai toh ab pipes leak karne lage hain. Thoda sa security ka issue hai, purana guards ka supervisor corrupt tha aur kaam nahi karta tha toh usse nikal diya hai aur ab naya supervisor aaya tha toh ab dekhte hain. Yahan par jyada bachelors nahi, kyunki owners bachelors ko orent karna nahi chahte read more

The metro station is nearby. Auto-rickshaws are easily available near the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. All modern amenities are available in the society. The residents live together harmoniously and celebrate festivals cooperatively. read more

Malls and restaurants are not nearby; one has to travel a bit, perhaps even a kilometer or so, to reach them. read more
