The connectivity is excellent, with cabs and Uber readily available if booked via the app. Amenities are also abundant and well-maintained, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and a kids' play area, which are available and maintained well. People are very friendly and respectful in the society, creating a good community atmosphere. Every maintenance service is very good. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and the green areas of the society are very well-maintained. The water facility is available 24/7 and is very reliable. Power backups are also available, ensuring continuous electricity supply. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately, maintaining cleanliness in the apartments. Public transportation is accessible, with bus stops within walking distance of around 500 meters. We have a large open area where I take walks in the evening. It is away from the main road, with no disturbances, no pollution, and low density. Connectivity-wise, it is 2 km from the bus stop, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The street lights are functioning, and there is good parking space. Maintenance-wise, they collect charges, ensuring good water and power supply, daily cleaning, and regular garbage collection. The lift is functional. Amenities include a community hall, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, table tennis, and a basketball court.
