Phoenix Kessaku could therefore be said one of the reasonable accomplishments I have ever known. This place is positioned in Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore West. This is an outstanding project and is formulated by The Phoenix Mills. I would like to say that they proposed to give me all of the elegant luxuries and residence at a very satisfactory price. The swimming pool, kids playground, gym and many additional are located on the campus as well. I bought a 3bhk flat for myself at a very reasonable price. The residence is so green and has considerable space for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I used to meditate here every morning. The a huge space of jogging and walking track here. I am a diabetic patient and I walk every day here. It has basketball, badminton courts, golf course, lawn tennis court exist here. It has a community hall for meetings and cultural programs. They are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. Some issues have been reported here that the groundwater is contaminated by heavy metals and toxic chemicals in some areas of this locality which questions the purity of drinking water. There is a river called Vrishbhavathi River in this area which is polluted from industrial effluents, resulting in toxic fumes that irritate drivers to drive. Sewage water supply is utterly miserable here. The internal roads have so much potholes and authority is not taking steps to maintain which is huge disturbing for us. read more
