Good things here

I have found the maintenance and construction of this place to be very good. The buildings are well-constructed, and everything is maintained properly. The CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, and stray dogs are well-managed, which adds to the safety and convenience of living here. read more

Things need improvement

Getting cabs, Ola, or Uber is difficult, which makes commuting challenging. The only amenity is the clubhouse, which is often closed, and the fees are excessively high. Additionally, there is a language barrier in the neighbourhood, making it hard to communicate with others. read more

Good things here

Ventilation is quite great with no issues in the maintenance of the building. Good electricity and proper garbage collection. . The people are very friendly, coming from all over India, and all festivals are celebrated together. read more

Things need improvement

It can be difficult to get cabs and autos. There is a little bit of leakage and seepage in the building, but it is manageable. People tend to celebrate their own festivals separately. read more

Good things here

The construction and community here are very good, both being strong and reliable. There are two shops inside the society to support daily household needs. read more

Things need improvement

The problem here is with water supply. We currently have two options: lorry water and borewell. Lorry water is not ideal for regular use, but in emergencies, we have no other choice. Additionally, a gas pipeline is not available yet. read more

Good things here

I moved out of this society approximately two and a half years ago. During my time there, around 250 families resided in the community. The security of the society is robust, as security personnel strictly enforce verification procedures for outsiders. Society's connectivity is excellent, with all amenities conveniently located within a 1km radius, including supermarkets, numerous schools, and a few clinics. Maintenance facilities are top-notch, with cleaning services conducted daily. Additionally, the society offers excellent amenities such as play areas, a badminton court, and a gym for residents' use. read more

Things need improvement

The clubhouse is located far from the community, and there is no swimming pool is available for the residents. read more

Thirumudivakkam Feature Image
Thirumudivakkam is a southern suburb in Tamil Nadu's Chennai metropolitan area. The Sriperumbudur taluk of the Kanchipuram district encompasses this area. Chennai is the location of Thirumudivakkam. The area is well connected via convenient railway stations, bus stops, roads, and other modes of transportation. Thirumudivakkam's neighbors include Periyapanicheri Kollacheri, Gerugambakkam, Polichalur, and Paraniputhur. Thirumudivakkam is very close to Pallavaram Rail Way Station and Trisulam Rail Way Station. However, Thirumudivakkam is close to Chennai Central Rail Way Station, a major train station. Additionally, the region has a number of reputable educational establishments, including some excellent colleges and universities. Because there are a few good hospitals nearby, it is easy to get medical care. Ambattur, Thirunindravur, Nandivaram-Guduvancheri, and Chennai are a few places to visit. It is important to note that the real estate companies in Chennai were able to accomplish this primarily by limiting the number of new projects that were launched, concentrating more on the delayed projects and getting them back on track, and building apartments that were more affordable for the city's residents at the time. Naturally, this resulted in amazing outcomes. Read More
