Good things here

The connectivity of the society was good due to its prime location, with autos and cabs readily available. Maintenance charges were nominal, and garbage was collected and disposed of on time, ensuring the cleanliness of the society. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and parks were available in the society. The construction quality was above par with no major seepage issues, and flats had good ventilation and sunlight with spacious balconies. Lifts were well maintained, and there was adequate parking space. People were friendly and interactive, contributing to a positive living environment. read more

Things need improvement

As a former resident of the Marvel Cerise society, he mentioned that one issue he encountered was the absence of a nearby metro station. Nothing to highlight. read more

Staying in a penthouse in the society. The connectivity is good, with autos and cabs readily available outside the society. Garbage collection and disposal are done on time, and there are no seepage issues. Electricity and water supply are adequate. Flats have balconies with good ventilation and sunlight. All amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available in the society. People are cooperative and friendly. A new park is being constructed in the society. There is also a nearby market, and parking in the society is good. read more

There are some traffic issues outside the society. The lifts are slow, with a longer waiting time, suggesting that lift services should be improved and made more frequent. read more

Good things here

The auto stand was conveniently located just outside the society gate. The roads outside the society were in good condition. The market was right near the society, with good restaurants nearby as well. Water was available 24/7, and the society was clean. All modern amenities were present and well-maintained. People were friendly and lived harmoniously. There was proper parking for both visitors and residents, and the flats were well-ventilated. Issues were resolved promptly. read more

Things need improvement

The shopping malls were located 3-4 km away from the society. There was some slight peeling off of the plaster outside our main door. Additionally, we experienced some leakage and seepage issues in our flat. read more

Good things here

There are good schools and hospitals near by the society even local transport facilities are easily available near by the society. Rooms are pretty spacious even balcony are spacious. maintenance facilities are prompt and quick for the residents. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitors. All the modern amenities are available in the society and eveything is fully functional,well eqquiped and non chargable. All the festivals are celebrated and socialism is good in the society. read more

As such, there are no major issues in the society, but maintenance charges are a bit high compared to others. Additionally, power backup is available for common areas of the apartment only. read more

Society has 4 blocks & each block has its own visitor parking. The society has large open spaces, two levels of basement parking, swimming pools, a dedicated children's play area, and a senior citizen area. It also offers 24/7 water supply, ensuring a well-maintained and upscale environment. IT parks in nearby vicinity. read more

There is a major issue in security and gates of the society is not up to the mark needs improvement, there is are seepage and leakage issues in some blocks. Frequent electricity cutouts read more
