Nearby hospitals like Cavalry Hospital offer convenient emergency services. Public transportation, including buses, is conveniently accessible within 100 meters from the society. The parking area is spacious with designated blocks, L1 and L2, and there is additional visitor parking available. Maintenance charges are too expensive at Rs. 5 per square foot that we are paying. Connectivity via cab and auto is not easily available; it takes a lot of time to get one. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are available but not functioning properly. Parking is congested in the society; there are no visitor parking spaces. Association management is inefficient. Construction quality is very poor; there are many seepages and cleanliness issues in the flats, making it very inconvenient. read more
