Good things here

The mall, market and hospital areas all are available outside the society. The roads outside the society are in good condition and there are no traffic issues faced around the society. The society is very peaceful for living. The society is very good in ventilation and proper spaces are available. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. No major issues regarding electricity, It's perfectly available all the time. The construction quality is very sturdy, wall quality is very good. Windows and doors are also fine. All Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. CCTV services are available in the society. The people are overall good and social in the society, people are friendly, all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Alloted Parking space is available. read more

Things need improvement

Occationally public transport is available, Everytime public transport is not available outside the society. Cabs are also limited. Visitor's parking space is not available in the society. Most of the times elevators stops working and maintenance is not done on time. Sometimes during peak summer and monsoon we face scarcity of water supply as society has to get it from the tankers. Even water quality is not good, the water that comes in the flush is really very dirty. read more

The wifi connection is a bit unstable in the society as mentioned by them. During night it is very difficult to access internet in the area. Wifi is perfectly fine but the problem arises because of the area. read more

Good things here

Metro station is situated at a walking distance from Bhoomi Valley society. School, hospitals, malls and shopping complexes are also available near the society . The people living in society are decent and helpful. Whenever there is any requirement or some problem faced by someone then the neighbours come in unity to offer help . Parking spot is appropriate, every resident has been alloted dtheir own parking area and no one parks at any other place. Traffic is moderate and not very problematic. Garbages and waste collection are very very efficiently. Elevatora are safe. CCTV cameras are installed all around the society including the lift. Playground and clubhouses are present and very well maintained. Open area is also appropriate in the area as no buildings are conjusted to each other. read more

Things need improvement

Fire exits or additional staircases are not present in case of emergencies and people have to use the regular part itself if any emergency happens. A slight drawback of seepage and leakage and also faced by the people living there. Water logging is extremely common especially in front of the main road near the society which troubles the people a lot who are living there and going out with clean clothes and formals. read more

Good things here

All basic facilities are available in my society, and I don't face any issues. The construction quality is good, so there are no problems with seepage or plaster fittings. Maintenance services are good, and there's power backup. We don't face any problems with water supply, and cleanliness is maintained. Connectivity is good, and the roads are well-built, so there are no issues with waterlogging. Nearby, we have markets, schools, and hospitals. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and park are also available. read more

According to me, there's nothing in the society that needs improvement because all the facilities are available here. read more
