The atmosphere in our society is excellent, complemented by a full range of amenities. It's a very safe environment with ample walking areas nearby. Maintenance fees are reasonable. Connectivity is convenient with easy access to cabs, autorickshaws, and a nearby bus stand within 100 meters. Water facilities are reliable and available round-the-clock, with backup power also in place. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is poor, evident from numerous wall seepages and issues in some bedrooms. The road quality is also problematic, which complicates water system maintenance. These issues cause significant inconvenience for residents. read more

Garbage collection is very good; they collect both wet and dry waste regularly in the society. Public transportation like buses is available within 1-2 kilometers, which is very convenient. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers for emergencies. From the society, everything is accessible and convenient. Parking facilities are sufficient in the society.
