The locality of the society is very good. The overall expense is very reasonable. Water availability is excellent with 24/7 access, and there are power backups available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. People are very respectful in the society, and overall maintenance is good. The atmosphere in the society is very pleasant. Sometimes the society is very quiet and serene. Facilities like hospitals, medical shops, and supermarkets are available. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4000-5000 rupees per month. The layout of the society is very good, with both inside and outside being convenient. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games. These are well-maintained. Parking is spacious. read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality is not very good in some flats. There are a lot of seepages, and the overall finish is poor. Water issues are getting worse, especially in some bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. Power backups sometimes do not work properly. read more
