Things need improvement

Since the society is 13 years old, there are some minor wear and tear issues. The maintenance of the society should ideally be done at intervals of 4-5 years, but in these 13 years, maintenance has only been carried out once. As a result, there are some issues like painting not being done for a long time. Plans are now being made to address these maintenance tasks. It's crucial to perform these tasks regularly as it extends the life of the building and the overall society. read more

I usually rely on my personal vehicle for transportation, although there are convenient public options such as autos, buses, and cabs available outside the society, ensuring good connectivity. Adequate parking is provided, and the surrounding roads are well-lit. However, the society lacks amenities like a gym or swimming pool, although nearby markets, schools, and restaurants are easily accessible. Seepage or leakage issues are non-existent, and garbage collection is conducted promptly. The community actively celebrates cultural events, and residents are known for their friendliness. Moreover, the society is accommodating to pets, with owners ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. read more

Connectivity is simply amazing with all public transport options such as autos and rickshaws readily available. The people living here are very friendly and cooperative. The construction materials used are of good quality, as the flats appear newly constructed. The cleanliness of the society is maintained daily, so overall maintenance of the society is just amazing. read more

There is no swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, or kids' play area available in the society, as the builder did not promise to provide these amenities to us. However, all these facilities are available nearby. Therefore, those who wish to use them can obtain membership in the nearby areas and utilize these amenities. read more

Good things here

The flat has good ventilation with enough sunlight. There are no issues of leakage or seepage. Cleanliness is well maintained in the society. The residents are very nice and live harmoniously, celebrating festivals together. Public transport is easily available, and the roads near the society are well maintained. The lifts are also well maintained. read more

The society has all modern amenities, but they are not well maintained. The gym lacks sufficient equipment, and the swimming pool is not well maintained. The water supply in the society is also inadequate. read more
