The project benefits from the plethora of amenities and spacious apartments. I mean we've got everything here from sports and fitness facilities to an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a lot more. This is a big boon for me and also the fact that there are two metro stations within a few minutes along with the lush green parks and bus stations. It is a new residential project launched by Arvind Smart Spaces. It is offering smart homes at very affordable rates. They are providing some unique facilities such as Clubhouse, Cafeteria, Lift, parking compared to other projects present in Tumkur Road. I book the premium flat and I am very much impressed with the water and electricity facility in the complex. The surrounding is also filled with greenery and the ambience in the society is nice.
