The atmosphere of the city is very decent. There is a lot of space for walking in front of the gate. Ventilation in the flats is very good, and the flats are very spacious. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily at a particular time in the society. Public transportation like bus routes are available within 1 km from the society. Hospitals are available within 2 km, which is very convenient for emergencies. Parking area is very spacious, and there is also provision for visitor parking in the society. People are very friendly and respectable. There is no water scarcity in the society. read more

Maintenance of lifts is not good; there is still lift construction ongoing in the building. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Cleaning should be improved on roads inside the society. Roads are also not in good condition in the society. read more
