The locality has good drainage facilities with a continuous water supply. Transportation is pretty well developed with bus and metro facilities. There are adequate facilities in the area making this area recommendable as a residential area.

The area has metro connectivity. The market is nearby and there are various local shops from where the local residents can buy what they need. Hospitals, schools, and banks are also available within walking distance. There are few parking spaces.

The Hyderabad, India, suburb of Qutbullapur is home to a community called Suraram. The Telangana district of Medchal-Malkajgiri includes this area. It is part of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and designated as Ward 129. The Hyderabad area of Suraram is one that is rapidly expanding. Cities like Bachupally, Gajularamaram, and Jeedimetla are not far away. The real estate market in this neighborhood is booming because of its convenient location near the city's central business district and its abundance of prestigious educational institutions. Apartment communities like Sunyuga Prakruthi and JS Sree Srinivasam may be in the area. Large-scale planned construction has taken place here. Medical care is provided to the community through Health Care Hospitals. A variety of shopping centers, including Manjeera Mall, Forum Sujana Mall, etc., can be found within 14 kilometers of the neighborhood. The JNTU College metro station and the Srishailam-Hyderabad highway/Nehru Outer Ring Road provide excellent access to the remainder of Hyderabad from Suraram. Suraram is around 8 kilometers from Hyderabad's pharmaceutical center of Bachupally. Manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, including SMS Pharma, Aurobindo Pharma, Dr. Reddy's Lab, etc., are headquartered in Bachupally. A large number of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises call ALEAP Industrial Estate home. The nearest major airport, Rajiv Gandhi International, is situated 48 kilometers distant from the neighborhood. Read More
