Good things here

If I speak about the connectivity of the society, I feel it is excellent, as the society is just 200 meters away from NH8 and all public transports are readily available around the society. There are verious numbers of mall, market areas, schools, restaurants around the society. I generally use my own car while travelling, proper parking slots are alloted to all residents in the society, apart from that there are ample parking spcae in the society, There is also proper visitor's parking space and no chaos is faced regarding it. The maintainance of the society is top notch, The society is consistently kept clean, with proper hygiene maintenance measures in place, fostering a healthy living environment. There are 2 lifts available in each buildings of the society and proper maintainance is done, even if one lift is under maintainance other one works. Lifts are always functional. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms. Issues that arise gets quickly resolved by the society management, I have not faced any issues regarding it. Mostly all the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly. read more

Things need improvement

Everything being good, however recently some seepage and damps are seen in my flat as the building is getting old. electric wire fittings are not made properly. In amenities everything is available like gym, swimmingpool, club house but it is very small as compared to the crowd staying in the society. The gym is very small with limited equipements and swimmingpool is also very small. read more

Sometimes during rush hours, autos and cabs are not available easily, requiring residents to walk a lot before finding transportation. To avoid this hassle, I have bought my own car. Additionally, the water quality received is not good, as we receive hard water, and the washroom flush keeps getting damaged, requiring repeated repairs. read more
