Good things here

Connectivity is very convenient if we book an apartment nearby. Water facilities are very good, and power backup support is also available. Public transportation is easily accessible from the nearby area. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available. Construction quality is very good; there are no leaks or seepages in the society. Maintenance care is commendable. We can celebrate all the festivals in the society; there's a joyful atmosphere. Water is supplied from both borewells and tankers in the society. The greenery is very pleasing; it provides peace. Security in the society is very good. Hospitals are available within the vicinity, which is very convenient. There are also doctors available inside the society, which is beneficial for emergencies. read more

Public transportation spots are only available quite far from our society. The metro station is also quite distant, around 8 kilometers away from the area. read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. The water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society, with power backup also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately at a particular time. People are very friendly and respectable in the society. Cleaning of the society is very good, both inside and outside. Maintenance of the lift is also very good; it's a big lift, and if it requires any repairs, the association handles it well. The atmosphere of the society is pleasant and it's a decent area to live in. read more

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The construction quality is poor, with some seepages and leakages issues in the society, which is very inconvenient. Cleaning outside of the society is not good and should be improved. read more

I moved out of this society around three years ago. During my time there, the connectivity within the society was not great due to the lack of public transportation options nearby. Additionally, the availability of auto-rickshaws and cab facilities was limited. read more
