Good things here

Daily needs are available, such as nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. Parking is alloted for all residents in the society. Enough parking space is available. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Dry and wet waste is segregated seperately. The rooms in my flats are properly ventilated and throughout the year proper sunlight is received in all the rooms, which is one of the great things. Termite and seepage issues did not arise as of now in my flat. The society has got all amenities like gym, club house, play area for kids, garden. People are very educated and understanding in this society. Neighbours offers assistance in terms when needed. Also lot's of festivals and events are celebrated in the society. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. There are elevators available and lifts are very spacious. read more

Things need improvement

Water supply is an issue in this society, sometimes society didn't receive water supply. Water quality is also not good. Sometimes power cuts happens and power backup is not available. power backup is only available for common areas. There is no metro station nearby the society. Road quality is very bad for which water logging issues happens, road is under construction. Swimming pool is not available in the society. There is a lot of stray dog issues inside the society. read more

The society has not kept up with painting, giving buildings a neglected look. Some residents do not keep the elevators clean, leading to dirty conditions. Previously, we had issues with seepage and termites, though these have been addressed. Pet issues are another concern, as some owners do not train their pets properly, resulting in them urinating in the society premises. Things need improvement

I see a lot of problems and improvements that can be done regarding this society. Transportation is an issue as the main road is 1. 5 km away, and autos or cabs are not easily available. The road leading to our society is only 10 feet wide, which is problematic. Parking is limited and only available to flat owners, which causes inconvenience. The buildings have not been painted in the last 10 years, leading to a shabby appearance. There are issues with poor plaster quality and general maintenance. Furthermore, the amenities, although present, are not well-maintained, reducing their usability and appeal. read more

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport. The area is developing very fast and there are mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments for sale in new projects at Rs. 6500 to Rs. 7500 per sq ft.
