Good things here

I appreciate the proactive approach to maintenance in our society, especially when it comes to addressing issues like seepage and leakage promptly. However, I've noticed that during the rainy season, dampness can still be a concern, which is something that could be looked into further to find additional solutions. I'm quite satisfied with the functionality of the gate access apps; they provide a sense of security within our community, which is reassuring. Overall, I'm pleased with the cleanliness of our premises and the allocation of parking spaces, although I do agree that cleanliness along the walls could be improved. The accessibility of the market area is a big plus for me, as it makes it very convenient to access essential amenities. Additionally, having a swimming pool and clubhouse adds a lot of value to our community, providing opportunities for recreation and socializing that I really enjoy. Lastly, I'm glad that our lift is working properly, as it ensures smooth transportation within the building, which is essential for my daily routine. read more

Good things here

The society had top-notch connectivity, being very close to the main road where one could easily find auto-rickshaws and buses. The location was excellent, with no traffic issues, and the roads outside the society were well-maintained. The construction quality was good, with no problems of leakage or seepage. The residents were friendly, and there was sufficient water supply. The society was clean and had plenty of greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. read more

Things need improvement

There were fewer shops for daily use items outside the society, so one had to travel a bit further for groceries and other necessities. While all the amenities were available, they were underutilized by the residents, and extra charges were required for using facilities like tents. The guards and management were not very cooperative with the society's residents. read more

During the rainy season, waterlogging occurred outside the society, causing inconvenience. Although modern amenities were available, they were not well-maintained. Additionally, some inconvenience was experienced due to slightly small lifts when bringing in items. read more

The security was good and efficient. The elevators were well-maintained. The society was clean. Sufficient parking was allotted. Water was available 24/7. The society had all modern amenities and was well-maintained. Autos were readily available near the society. The residents were good. read more

Due to the bathroom on the upper floor, our bathroom had significant seepage issues. The flats also had cracks and leakage. There should have been more greenery in the society. The society was located near underdeveloped roads, which led to traffic congestion, resulting in noise and air pollution. Taxis didn�t arrive promptly in the society; it took time. read more
