Our small society, comprising four blocks, is nestled in a pollution-free, low-density area, offering tranquility and serenity. I often enjoy evening strolls in the peaceful surroundings. Conveniently located within a 500-meter radius are essential amenities such as ATMs, a bus stop, a supermarket, and milk dairies. The well-maintained roads, illuminated by street lights, provide ample parking space for residents. Our society boasts a range of amenities including table tennis, a basketball court, lawn tennis, a children's play area, a community hall, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, and a gym. Regular cleaning and daily garbage collection ensure the cleanliness of our surroundings. With reliable water and power supply, well-maintained lifts, and proper painting, our society offers comfort and convenience. The locality of the society is very good. The atmosphere of the society is excellent. Connectivity, including cabs and autos, is easily available. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and indoor games are very enjoyable. The parking area is very spacious. There is also visitor parking available in the society. Facilities like supermarkets and shops are available within a short distance, which is very convenient. Hospitals are accessible within 1-2 kilometers from the society, making it very convenient. read more

There is a lot of traffic outside the society, which is very inconvenient. Maintaining the cleanliness is good, but sometimes there is smoke from vehicles which is very inconvenient. read more

Near the society, there are malls, restaurants, and markets, with autos and buses easily available. There are no issues with leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities, and I am very happy with them. The lifts are well-maintained. The residents are very nice and cooperative, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

In the society, water is supplied only by tankers as there is no borewell or government water supply. We have to call for tankers every day. Since tanker water is hard, we need to install RO purifiers at home. read more

I moved out of this society around 4 years ago. During my residence, the only problems I encountered were the roads outside the society not being in good condition and heavy traffic due to the nearby tech parks. read more

The society has amenities like swimming pool, gym and indoor sports. It is located close to IT centres, schools and hospitals. Sufficent options for people to dine. Daily need shops are at walking distance. The society is comparatively less crowded in terms of people residing. read more

The roads near the society are in poor condition making residents uncomfortable while traveling. The constrution quality is average and the maintenance is also average. Kids play area is not present in the society read more
