Maintenance in our society is top-notch. We have reliable water facilities that are available round the clock, and power backup ensures uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is efficient with daily pickups. Apartments enjoy excellent ventilation. The cleanliness standards in the society are exceptional, enhancing its appeal. Public transportation, including nearby bus stops, is conveniently accessible by foot. The atmosphere here is peaceful and conducive to relaxation. The proximity of my office adds to the convenience. The construction quality, particularly in bathrooms, is unsatisfactory, with significant risks due to poor pipe quality requiring replacement to prevent leaks. Moisture ingress through walls during rainfall is a recurring inconvenience. Parking areas are severely inadequate, causing congestion within the society. I really appreciate the friendly and humble nature of my neighbours here. The good connectivity and well-maintained roads make commuting smooth. Proper garbage collection with segregation of wet and dry waste helps keep the environment clean. Having essential facilities like a railway station, airport, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience. Each resident having designated parking with adherence to rules is commendable. The elevators are functional and well-maintained, ensuring easy access. The excellent construction quality, along with proper ventilation and spacious carpeted areas, enhances comfort. It's also great to have a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool available and well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

There are a couple of minor issues that could be improved. There's some leakage in the walls that needs attention. I've also faced issues with frequent cancellations by Ola and Uber, which can be inconvenient at times, especially with the airport and railway station nearby. Overall, though, I have no major complaints as everything else is satisfactory. read more

Connectivty like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book ola and uber in the society. People are very friendly in the friendly in the societ is very convenience. Public transportation is available. Hospitals are available within a short distance for emergency and regular visits. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable stalls are available within walking distance from the society. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very poor in the society. There is some paint peeling off. During the monsoon, there is seepage. The metro is under construction nearby. There is also a traffic issue outside the society. read more

Auto and cab services are easily available, ventilation is good, and there are no seepage or cracks. The society has basic amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and multi-purpose hall, and everything is well-maintained. Elevators are in good condition, there are no power cuts due to the backup system, and there is no water shortage. The society was last painted inside in April. read more

There is a lot of traffic in the area, making it quite noisy and difficult to commute during peak hours, and while the construction quality of the buildings is acceptable, it isn't particularly impressive or high-end, which might be a concern for those looking for top-notch construction standards. read more

There are no issues with water logging, seepage, or leakage, ensuring a dry and comfortable environment. The gym and swimming pool are excellent amenities that are well-maintained and easily accessible. Garbage is collected on time, keeping the society neat and tidy. Our neighbors are friendly and supportive, and we enjoy socializing together. read more

I generally find the living conditions to be quite good. However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. introducing more green spaces would be my suggestion. read more
