Public transport is readily available, posing no issues for residents. Water is accessible 24/7, ensuring convenience. Cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained throughout the society. Security is efficient with CCTV surveillance in place. Parking availability meets my needs adequately. The maintenance charges are justified for the services provided. read more

Things need improvement

Near the society, traffic congestion is a significant issue. The society faces challenges such as leakage, seepage, and poor construction quality, resulting in numerous cracks. The residents' lack of cooperation is evident, with fewer festivals celebrated and low participation. Despite having all modern amenities, they are not well-maintained. There is poor ventilation and insufficient sunlight in my flat. Additionally, the maintenance committee fails to perform its duties effectively, impacting the overall upkeep of the society. read more

Good things here

I travel with my own vehicle, so the school, markets and hospitals are available near the society. Maintenance is just okay okay. Construction of the soicety is just amazing as there is no problem of seepage. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and garden area are nicely maintained, People living in our society are helpful and friendly. read more

Things need improvement

I don't know about the public transports are they available near the society or not, there is problem with plumbing line and repairing as well. These are the issues in the society which need to be worked on. read more

The best thing is people here are cooperative and friendly, public transports are available markets are at a distance not that far. Amenities has only clubhouse and gym and that is just okay okay. read more

Things need improvement

The management is not good of the society as there are very issues inside and they are not resolved timely. The Swimming pool is not operational and the maintenance of the soicety is very poor. read more

Good things here

All the amenities were accessible to tenants in the society, and they were permitted to use them. The security system was robust, with thorough verification of individuals and vehicles at the entrance. Garbage collection was carried out punctually within the society. Even during the COVID period, the management committee remained active and supportive. Both the landlord and neighbors were extremely helpful, humble, understanding, and cooperative. read more

Things need improvement

Auto cabs were difficult to find near the society at that time. The rooms weren't soundproof, so you could hear music from the neighbors' houses. There was another balcony that allowed people to look inside, which meant there was no privacy unless you covered it completely. read more

Wagholi is an upcoming residential locality in Pune right next to the Pune international airport.
