Residents enjoy uninterrupted water and electricity supply without any issues. As a car owner, I appreciate the provision of designated parking slots, ensuring convenience for all residents. Moreover, the road quality outside the society is excellent, complemented by properly functioning street lights. The community spirit within the society is remarkable, with friendly and sociable residents who come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. Timely paintings add vibrancy to the surroundings. Additionally, the society's pet-friendly policy allows for a harmonious coexistence of pet dogs without any reported issues. I've been fortunate not to encounter any seepage or leakage issues in my flat, thanks to the excellent construction quality. Security is top-notch, with guards, CCTV cameras, and well-maintained elevators ensuring our safety. My flat even has a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. And with amenities like a garden, play area, and open walking tracks, there's plenty of space to relax and unwind. We enjoyed 24/7 access to water, and the society maintained cleanliness diligently, with no issues of leakage or seepage. All modern amenities were not just present but also well-maintained. Flats were adequately ventilated, and the residents were exceptionally friendly. read more
