Timely garbage collection services contribute to the overall cleanliness of the society. Furthermore, residents enjoy peace of mind knowing that seepage and leakage issues are non-existent, thanks to the good construction quality of the buildings. Things need improvement

Location is a bit far off and initially roads were not proper and even street lighting was missing Maintenance cost is very very high_ It's more than most societies at INR 4,5 per square feet of super built up area, ie almost 10,000 Inr per month for a 3BHK Initially, there were hundred of flower pots and plantations all across Aria , now mostly there are leaves and not flowers read more
