Walls are very weak and damp issues are faced a lot, the construction quality is very poor. Seepage and leakage issues are seen in kitchens. Good things here

There are very good options in nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants around the society. Connectivity is good. the road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. The maintainance services are very good and timely cleanliness and hygine is maintained Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. CCTV are installed all over the society. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. The construction quality of the buildings are quite commendable. No seapage and leakage issues has happened. Water logging issues are not faced at all. Garden, parks and club house is available in amenities. All Amenities like swimmingpool, park, club house are available in the society. My neighbours are very good and cooperative. read more

Most of the time elevators are not functional and maintenance is not done on time. Power cuts and fluctuations happens a lot. Swimming pool water is not cleaned on time. read more

Connectivity here is great. Local market is very near nearly less than 5km. Construction quality is great. Maintanance is good here. Swimming pool, clubhouse everything is available here. Community here is very supportive and helpful. Parking is decent. Cabs and autos are eaisly available. read more
