Good things here

Living in this housing society has its perks, especially when it comes to connectivity. The society boasts excellent accessibility to major roads and public transport options, making commuting convenient and hassle-free. Whether it's getting to work or exploring nearby attractions, residents benefit from efficient connectivity that saves time and reduces stress. Additionally, the maintenance standards are commendable. The common areas are well-kept, and facilities are regularly serviced, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic living environment. Prompt responses to maintenance requests further contribute to the overall satisfaction of residents, fostering a sense of comfort and security. read more

Things need improvement

However, there are notable drawbacks particularly concerning amenities, which a. The variety and quality of amenities offered in the society are limited, which may not meet the diverse needs and preferences of residents. This shortfall affects the overall lifestyle quality, as residents may find themselves lacking options for leisure activities or community engagement within the premises. While structurally sound, some aspects of the buildings could benefit from improvement, such as noise insulation or aesthetic appeal. Addressing these concerns could enhance the overall attractiveness and value proposition of living in this housing society. read more

Good things here

I'm really pleased with how easy it is to get around with public transportation available. And having designated parking spots means I never have to worry about finding a place to park. It's awesome that they pick up the garbage every day, it really helps keep things looking nice around here. The fact that the elevator works and we always have water and electricity is a big relief too. And not having to worry about any leaks is a huge weight off my mind. Having all the amenities available makes life so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, knowing the CCTV is working gives me peace of mind about security. And the friendly vibe from everyone here makes it feel like home. read more

Things need improvement

Having allocated parking spots is definitely a plus, but I can see how they might not be enough for everyone, which could cause some parking headaches. And while it's good that they collect the garbage every day, not properly segregating it could cause problems down the line for the environment. Plus, dealing with occasional breakdowns or maintenance with the elevator, especially if you live higher up, could be really frustrating. read more

Good things here

The society offers a good range of amenities, providing residents with various options for recreation and convenience. The construction quality is solid, ensuring a comfortable living experience. Additionally, the community is friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to reside. Despite some challenges, the overall atmosphere and available facilities contribute positively to daily life in the society. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity of the society is poor, with the nearest metro station being 3-4 kilometers away in Vaishali, causing significant inconvenience for residents. The maintenance is subpar, largely due to a biased and ineffective RWA that fails to address key issues. These factors, coupled with the lack of nearby metro access, contribute to a less than ideal living experience despite the other positive aspects. read more

Good things here

I like that the society is well maintained, with timely renovations regularly carried out. The connectivity is top-notch, making it easy to access autos, cabs, and buses. During my stay, I never had to face any issues with leakage or seepage. The community is very friendly, and they celebrate festivals together, creating a warm and welcoming environment. read more

Things need improvement

One major drawback of the society is the lack of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park, which is disappointing for me. The society also needs to be cleaned regularly. Since it is a small society, they should focus on adding a play area and other amenities to make living here better. read more

Good things here

There are no problems with leaks or dampness in the flats. Bachelors are welcome, and we celebrate festivals together. The residents are friendly and respectful. We have water available all the time, and cleanliness is well-kept. We follow proper garbage disposal rules for waste management. The lifts are in good condition, and public transportation is close to the society. read more

Things need improvement

There are few amenities for children, such as no playground or badminton court. The maintenance charges are quite high, considering the limited amenities and facilities available. Additionally, parking space is limited in the area. read more

Indirapuram, situated in the west of Ghaziabad on National Highway 24. It falls in the Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh. Its location has an equidistance advantage with Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad. The best part about Indirapuram was that despite being a part of Ghaziabad, it was never like the rest of Ghaziabad. Moreover, the area was a planned development, unlike other competing property markets of the district, like Vaishali, Vasundhara, or Kausambi. Indirapuram has reached its saturation point by all means like price point, population density, the load on infrastructure, and future development potential. Being surrounded by capital territory 'Delhi,' industrial hub 'Noida' and hassle-free linkage to various national highways. It is situated at a distance of 12.8 km from Ghaziabad City. Vijay Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Kaushambi, Kondli, Khora Colony, Bishanpura, Mamura, Crossing Republic, Rajnagar Extension are its neighboring localities. Access to schools like Sapphire International School and Presidium School and hospitals like Eternity Hospital and SJM Hospitals Make this locality a convenient place to live in. Sector 62 and 63 of Indirapuram is the heart of business hubs and IT/ITeS offices. All these features make Indirapuram a safe and delightful place to live in. Read More
