Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society. Autos are available within a minute in the main area of the society. The water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately daily in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking is spacious; everyone has their own parking space. Security is very good, 24/7; it's a very secure place. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, table tennis, and badminton courts are available and well-maintained in the society. It's a new building, around 5 years old only. Ventilation of the flats is very good, and the balcony space is ample with good windows for fresh air. read more

Hospitals are far away from the society, around 2-3 kilometers, which is very inconvenient for emergencies. There are not many lifts in the society. Although there is no metro, plans for a metro are in progress. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are also far from the society, around 2 kilometers away. read more

Hospitals are available within 500 meters from the society, and there is also a supermarket inside the society. Additionally, there is a children's hospital around 1 kilometer away from the society. Public transportation options like buses are available within 200 meters from the society, and the metro is around 1. 5 kilometers away from the society, making it very convenient. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 4000 rupees per apartment in the society. There's no proper organization regarding parking near the society since it's a villa community. There are no specific parking arrangements. Also, there are no metro stations nearby the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and clubhouse are available and maintained well in the society, with reasonable maintenance charges. Public transportation like buses is available within a walking distance of 100 meters from the society. The greenery is very good, and there are a lot of parks around the society. There are also many temples like Ganesh temple, Shirdi Sai Baba temple, and others within walking distance of around 400 meters from the city. Cabs and autorickshaws are available within walking distance around the city. Festival celebrations in the society are very enjoyable. read more

There is no metro station near any city, which is very inconvenient. Parking areas are very congested. There are some external cracks on walls and leaks; there are also seepages in bathrooms. read more
