Good things here

The housing society boasts impressive construction quality, which is immediately evident upon entering. The buildings are sturdy and well-designed, ensuring durability and a sense of security for residents. Amenities here are top-notch, catering to a variety of needs and interestsfrom well-maintained parks and recreational areas to modern fitness facilities. The social life within the community is vibrant, with regular events and gatherings that foster a strong sense of belonging among residents. Moreover, the maintenance of the society is commendable, with clean common areas and efficient services that contribute to a pleasant living environment. read more

Things need improvement

One drawback of the housing society is the absence of a pool, which could have enhanced the recreational options available to residents. Additionally, while the construction and amenities are impressive, there are some connectivity issues that residents may find inconvenient. This can impact daily commutes and access to essential services outside the community. However, despite these challenges, the friendly and helpful nature of the residents compensates for the connectivity issue, creating a welcoming atmosphere where people readily support each other. read more

Good things here

The buildings are well-constructed with no issues like seepage, cracks, or termites, and they have proper ventilation. Every resident has a designated parking spot, and the rules are strictly followed. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation, and reliable electricity and water supply. The society is well-connected with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. The roads are in good shape, and schools, hospitals, and markets are close by. Amenities like a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly. Elevators work well, and there are security guards for safety. read more

Things need improvement

Children are not allowed to play in the ground, which limits their outdoor activities and enjoyment. This restriction prevents them from engaging in physical exercise and socializing with their peers. read more

Good things here

The lifts were very well-maintained, and cleanliness was up to the mark. During our two-year stay, we never had any issues with drinking water. There were no problems with leakage or seepage. Public transport was easily accessible, with autos available right in front of the society. The residents were decent and cooperative, and festivals were celebrated together. The flats had good ventilation and received ample sunlight. read more

Things need improvement

The society had two types of blocks: one for higher-income groups and another for medium-income groups. We lived in the medium-income group flats, which did not have any modern amenities. These amenities were only available to the higher-income group flats. read more
