Connectivity is excellent; cabs are easily available throughout the day. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Water facilities are very good, and there is power backup available. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect waste daily within the society. Hospitals are available within a convenient 2 km radius for emergencies. Public transportation like buses is available within walking distance from the society. Metro stations are also accessible within a distance of 300 meters. Facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and vegetable markets are conveniently available within walking distance from the society. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is a lil poor; there are seepages and leakages in the society walls, which looks ugly. Some parts of the clubhouse are still under construction in the society. There are no visitor parking facilities in the society. read more

Garbage collection is efficient; they will collect waste regularly in the society. Amenities like gym and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation, like buses, is available within walking distance from the society. Due to the society's security measures and diligent cleaning staff, cleanliness is maintained. Construction quality is poor. There are leaks in the basement flats, which is very inconvenient. There is a lot of traffic outside the society, which is also inconvenient. There is no swimming pool in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive; for a 2BHK, we are paying 3500 rupees per month. read more

I lived here three years ago. Connectivity was good, with easy access to auto rickshaws, cabs, and the metro. The amenities were nice, with a well-maintained garden, swimming pool, gym, and parks. The neighbourhood was friendly and welcoming. read more

Things need improvement

There were a lot of rats that came from the drainage system, which was very unpleasant. There were water problems too, especially when there was no electricity; we wouldn't have water. Connectivity was good, and I had no problems getting around. The amenities like the garden, swimming pool, gym, and parks were well-maintained. The neighbourhood was friendly and safe. read more

The society has no issues with parking and there are no street dogs. The lifts work well. Auto rickshaws, buses, and the metro are nearby, so you don't have to go far. Additionally, malls, clinics, hospitals, and schools are also close by. neighbors are helpful and friendly. read more

These recreational and exercise amenities are not available to residents. The community's general quality of life and convenience are impacted by this lack of amenities. Essential amenities including a gym, pool, clubhouse, garden, and parks are absent from the community. read more

Traffic issues common in Bangalore, okay construction quality, irregular water supply including drinking water, high maintenance costs, lack of amenities like a gym (only a clubhouse with limited activities), and no recent painting in five years. read more
