It might seem minor, but not having to deal with these issues made a significant difference in my daily life. In my flat, there is no issue of leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities and they are well-maintained. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Public transport is not readily available from the society, and it takes a long time for cabs to arrive. The water supply from PMC is not sufficient; tankers have to be called for additional water. There is very little greenery, and there should be more. Other people in the flats have leakage and seepage issues. read more
