Connectivity is very good; cabs and autos are easily available if we book through Ola or Uber. People are friendly and respectful. Water facilities are available 24/7, and power backups are also provided. Garbage collections are very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities are available and well-maintained, including a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games. Security is also good; the society is safe and well-maintained. The greenery in the society is abundant; there are lots of green areas and gardens. Maintenance is very good both inside and outside the society, with cleanliness being well-maintained. Housekeeping is doing a good jo read more

Things need improvement

The swimming pool is closed due to the water scarcity, and there are some cracks in it, which is concerning. Maintenance charges are expensive. Parking spaces are limited in some areas of the society. read more

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available within this society. It is a small community in the society. Maintenance in the society is very good, and power backup is available. The air circulation is very good, and they take care of water and waste disposal. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Public transportation, including bus services, is available within a reasonable distance from the society. Many bus services operate between the society and the main road. There is ongoing construction of another building, newly constructed, about 10-20 meters from the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance is not good in the society. The water facilities are very poor, and the water quality is not good. The flush water is getting a smell in the bathrooms, which is very inconvenient. There is no metro nearby the society. read more

The connectivity here is fantastic. You can easily catch a bus, auto, or cab, and the roads are in great condition. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby is really convenient. Each resident gets their own designated parking spot, and everyone follows the rules, which keeps things running smoothly. Garbage collection is regular, with proper wet and dry segregation. Honestly, while I lived in the society, I never faced any issues. Everything was up to the mark and properly maintained. Just one thing I can mention is the weird smell coming from the A Block. read more
