Maintenance of the society is very good. The water facilities are excellent, and there is reliable power backup available. Garbage collection is efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Maintenance charges are reasonable, around 1000 per month. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are within a walkable distance from the society. Public transportation is available within walking distance. Security in the society is very good, and the greenery is also well-maintained. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity is not good in the society; cabs are not always available. The power backup costs are very high, and if there are power cuts, it takes 1-2 days to restore. The swimming pool is not available due to water shortages in the society. read more
