Good things here

I do not like anything about this society I purchased an apartment 2 years back in this apartment. Since I started living here the life became hell. Very poor management of the society. Especially waste management is worst. Now the resident welfare association has found out the way to evict resients like me whom they don't like. Do not issue the reciept of the payment of the maintenance dues. I paid my dues of Rs 19598 on 15th April 2024 via bank tranasfer. I have all the proof. But the associtation has refused to issue the receipt for the same sayng they are unable to get the statement from the bank for the period 14th April to 22 April. Inspite of all documents in my favor and bank letter they are not acknowledging the payment. read more

Things need improvement

The management is worst and bullying to residents. They have found new ways to force residents they don't like out of the apartment by mot issuing receipt for the maintenace dues. I paid my dues more than 1 mont bank via bank transfer. But they are not acknowledging saying they are unable to get the statement from their bank for the same. read more
