I really appreciate the nice, friendly, and humble neighbours here, which makes living in this community enjoyable. The connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs. Having a school, hospital, and market nearby adds to the convenience. Each resident enjoys designated parking with well-followed rules, and the elevators are installed and maintained properly. Reliable electricity and water supply are also noteworthy, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The apartments have proper ventilation and a good carpet area, contributing to a pleasant living space. Unfortunately, garbage collection is not done properly, which can be inconvenient. There are also issues with leakage and seepage inside some apartments, which need to be addressed. Additionally, the swimming pool is rarely operational, which is disappointing. Overall, while these issues exist, the community offers many positive aspects for residents. read more

I appreciate the friendly and humble neighbors in the community, as well as the convenient connectivity with easily available public transport. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby is also a great advantage. Things need improvement

Unfortunately, the parking situation for two-wheelers is chaotic and often crowded, which can be quite inconvenient. The frequent issue of muddy water, followed by plumber visits to fix it, is frustrating. Rain seepage problems have persisted for the 4-4. 5 years I've lived here, which is disappointing. The most disappointing aspect has been the non-operational swimming pool since I moved in, despite paying maintenance fees. It's been a constant source of frustration, especially as I look forward to using such amenities. read more

Garbage disposal systems are efficient; they manage wet and dry waste properly. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with leaks or maintenance. It's a newly built society. Amenities like swimming pool, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are well-maintained and readily accessible. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Public transportation services like buses are available within a walking distance of about 200 meters. Hospitals are also nearby, within a 2-kilometer radius. read more

There was a huge traffic issue outside the society, especially at the toll gate from 9 pm to 6 pm. Despite the good amenities, there was a need for more common garden areas and play areas. The constant traffic during peak hours could be bothersome. Additionally, the lack of spacious outdoor areas for children and relaxation was a drawback.
