Good things here

The connectivity in the society is great because of easy accessibility to autos and cabs, roads were properly maintained, parking facilities were also provided, if we get any problems, issues were used to get resolved quickly and there were gyms, swimming pools and playing area available, no seepage or cracks problems, ventilation and security was also good. read more

Things need improvement

Even though gyms and swimming pools were available, they were ill maintained, also people here are not too friendly, they prefer to be left alone, we rarely celebrate festivals together. read more

Things need improvement

The water supply sometimes gets disrupted as it relies on BMC. While a seepage issue was present in my apartment, it has now been resolved. Despite the generally nice neighbours, a few pet owners cause trouble by not cleaning up after their pets. Participation in AGMs could be better, and there is a lack of cultural activities within the society. read more
