Looking forward to work done by the authorities for ridding the roads of potholes and also solving the monsoon issue. But otherwise, my housing project is great, the area is well connected, and there are all basics within touching distance also.

The Purple line of Metro is accessible from the area and still prices are so reasonable even today. But there is ample growth potential. This locality has lot of future prospects and I am happy that I could invest early on.

Kammanahalli is a locality situated in the northeastern region of Bangalore city. It is bounded by HBR Layout, Lingarajapuram and Banaswadi. This locality was earlier categorised as a Village. However, due to rapid industrialisation and boost in the real estate sector, Kammanahalli is now known as a "Cosmopolitan Hub". It is popularly known as "Kammanhattan". There has been an increase in commercial activities with increasing numbers of retails and commercial establishments, eateries, educational institutes, health care centres and many industries. This location has now become a prime hub for residential complexes and industrial space. Kammanahalli is located about 12km from Yadiyur, famous for Lord Siddalingeshwar Temple and roughly 100km from the main Bangalore city. This city is also well known for its excellent connectivity with all social as well as commercial facilities. It is very close to Manyath Tech park and very close to Airport. Brigade Road and MG road meet Kammanahalli Road, which makes it easier to commute. The outer Ring road is about 1.8km away, connecting Kammanahlli to Hebbal, Tumkur road and merges with Nh 4.
