Good things here

The regular and timely garbage collection ensures cleanliness throughout the area, making it a pleasant environment to live in. The society is well maintained, with excellent construction quality evident in every aspect�no water logging or paint issues to worry about. Our neighbors are fantastic; they are cooperative and friendly, and we celebrate festivals together, fostering a strong sense of community. The availability of a playground for kids and easy access to autos and cabs further enhance our convenience and enjoyment of living here. read more

Things need improvement

Everything else in the society is satisfactory, not having a gym or swimming pool is disappointing. As someone who values fitness and relaxation, it's a missed opportunity for daily exercise. Additionally, navigating through the congested area to catch a bus can be quite challenging and time-consuming, especially during rush hours. read more

Good things here

I loved the connectivity here, with public transport being easily accessible and well-maintained roads. Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. The ventilation in the apartments is excellent, and the modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. The neighbors are always friendly and cooperative, always willing to help out. The elevators are reliable, and the security with CCTV cameras and a guard is reassuring. Garbage collection is regular and segregated into wet and dry. read more

Things need improvement

There was a seepage issue in my apartment, but they were prompt in fixing it. Other than that, I didn�t face any problems while living there. Since there was ongoing work when I left, I can't comment on any potential improvements. read more

Good things here

Connectivity is great with easy availability of cabs, autos and public transport. Maintenance of society is good with functional lifts and garbage collection . No leakage , seepage issue in the building. Amenities like gym, clubhouse , swimming pool and park are available . Neighbors are quite friendly. read more

Things need improvement

There is a little issue regarding cleaning. No other issues in the society regarding any aspect like connectivity, maintenance, construction and amenities. Its a great society to live in. read more
