I usually use my personal vehicle for traveling, but public transportation options like auto-rickshaws, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, making connectivity very good. There is ample parking space available. Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, salons, and restaurants are easily accessible around the society. Hospitals are also nearby, and the metro station is just 5 minutes away from the society. Garbage collection is done on time, with multicolored bins used for disposal. The society is always kept clean, and hygiene is properly maintained. All cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society, fostering a sense of community among residents who are generally friendly. Paintings are done on time, and the society is pet-friendly, with owners ensuring the hygiene of the premises. read more

The construction quality in the society is subpar, with issues like seepage, leakage, plaster problems, and common wall cracks. Unfortunately, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids are not available in the society. Cabs and autos are not available inside the society, which is inconvenient. The construction quality of the buildings is not good. The railway station is located 2-3 kilometers away from the society, which is also inconvenient for residents. read more

Good things here

The society's maintenance is excellent; we have water available round the clock, and there's backup power during outages. Garbage gets collected efficiently every day, and the maintenance charges are quite reasonable. The residents are friendly and well-educated. Cabs can be easily booked within the society, and essential facilities like supermarkets and markets are conveniently located on the main roads. Security is top-notch, even at night. read more

Things need improvement

Getting autos can be tough, as they're not always around, and public transport is about 2 kilometers away. The cleanliness outside the neighborhood could definitely be better. read more
