It's gated with security guards stationed at every tower, and visitors need to register their entry at the main gate, specifying the person and flat they are visiting. The construction quality in the society is average, leading to occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. Ventilation is also lacking, and power cuts are experienced daily. Additionally, the lifts are not functioning properly, and the basement parking has been under construction for the past two years. Fire safety equipment has not been installed in some towers, posing a risk. Another disadvantage is the unavailability of visitor parking.
