Connectivity in the society is good, with autorickshaws easily available and a market nearby for groceries and daily needs. Maintenance is average; while garbage is collected regularly, cleanliness could be improved. There are no issues with water or electricity supply. The amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse, are well-maintained. Additionally, the neighbours are humble and nice, contributing to a friendly community atmosphere. read more

The construction quality of the society is very poor, even though there is no seepage. The overall build is pathetic, and this extends to the amenities, which, despite being well-maintained, suffer from poor construction quality. These issues significantly detract from the living experience. However, the society is undergoing a revamp, and these issues are gradually being resolved. read more

Good things here

I used to live there earlier, and I found the neighborhood very friendly. The connectivity was good with Ola, Uber, cabs, and autos always available, making it easy to get around locally. Maintenance was always taken care of, and there were no problems with CCTV, security, parking, guest parking, or stray dogs. These made my time here very comfortable. read more

Things need improvement

The distance to the airport and railway stations was not convenient. It was difficult to reach these places quickly, especially during busy times. This was a bit of an inconvenience. Apart from this, everything else in the society was satisfactory. read more

Good things here

One road is good, and the other road is a service road that is not good, parking is sufficient, auto and cab availability is easy, the metro is nearby, the lift is functional, the paint is still good even after 5 years, the construction and ventilation are good with no seepage or cracks, amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained, CCTV and security are in place, and the society is friendly. read more

Things need improvement

Garbage segregation is not collected, carpenter work is not good as he charges for everything manually, and wooden work is needed for water leakage, causing the wall to peel. read more

Good things here

I lived there during the COVID time and found it very convenient with the nearby metro and easily accessible public transport like buses, autos, and cabs. Garbage collection was regular with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Each resident had designated parking with rules followed. There were no seepage or termite issues, and security was proper. read more

Things need improvement

There were no amenities except a garden. People in the society don't celebrate festivals and events together, and not many programs were used to be organized. read more

Absolutely love living here. The society is very close to the main road. Bus, auto , cabs are available easily. The maintenance charges of the society is low. cleaning and garbage picking is done on time. All amenities were available. People nearby are friendly. read more

I like living in our society, but I have a big problem with water seeping into the flats. This issue is causing a lot of trouble. The management needs to fix this quickly to keep the living conditions good for everyone. . read more
