Good things here

The swimming pool, gym, and play area are well-maintained for residents to enjoy. The community is made up of good, decent residents. The society is clean and well-kept. Flats are well-ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. There is also an adequate supply of water available. read more

Things need improvement

Autos are not easily available near the society during early mornings and nights. Recently, seepage has started near the bathroom in my flat, which requires attention. The garden and clubhouse also need maintenance work. read more

There are no problems with leaks or dampness, and the construction quality is good. We have all the modern amenities, which are well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. There's plenty of parking space available for everyone. read more

Things need improvement

Visitors to the society need to park their vehicles outside as there is no parking available for them. Malls and restaurants are not within walking distance; they are a bit far away. Public transport buses do not operate directly from outside the society. read more

One of the best aspects of this society is the very friendly neighbors who make the community feel welcoming. For security, we have CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards, which is very reassuring. Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to public transport options like buses, autosrickshaws, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition as well. Garbage collection is regular and well-managed, with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. Schools and hospitals are nearby, adding to the convenience. Each resident has assigned parking, and the rules are strictly followed, ensuring order in the parking. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and we enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of seepage or leakage, flats are spacious & proper ventilation is provided with ample of sunlight. Modern amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. There are a lot of pets in the community, but they are well-behaved and don�t cause any harm. read more

We have no significant dislikes to mention, only the gym needs a little more maintainance and gates of the society are also not numbered so problem arises regarding telling cab drivers from which gate is entrance at what time. read more
