There is proper maintenance in the society, with amenities such as a garden, play area, and gym available. The people in the society are quite friendly. The society area was well-maintained, free from any water issues and leaks, creating a fresh atmosphere. Residents had convenient access to buses, autos, and taxis for transportation, and the connectivity was excellent, especially for daily commuters. The water supply and waste disposal systems were efficiently managed. Luxuries like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were easily accessible, and essential amenities such as grocery stores, markets, hospitals, schools, and colleges were nearby. Ample parking options were provided, and a large park provided recreational opportunities for children. The residents were known for their warmth and hospitality. Security was enhanced with functional CCTVs and elevators, and communication and internet services remained reliably consistent. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to live. read more

The society has got great connectivity, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Within close proximity Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The road quality is very good and street lights are always functional. Rooms are very well ventilated. The parking space is sufficient for all the residents, and all have their own parking spots. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are always done on time in the society. Water supply is always available. No such major electricity issues are faced. Water logging issues are barely noticable. Elevators are installed in all the towers. CCTV are properly installed all over the society. Security guards are available. Gym and club house is available and properly functional read more

There are Facilities and Amenities like swimmingpool and play area for kids are not available in the society. People are overall not that friendly and they don't want to interact. read more

Kalwa is a city in the Thane District of Maharashtra. It is located at 19.2022° N, 73.0025° E. It has a population of 245973 and the total area occupied is 14.55 km2. Kalwa has a moderate climate with rainfall in the summer and dry spells in the winter. The average temperatures vary from 38°C to 24°C. Marathi being the official language, Hindi is spoken as well. Infrastructure and Details Thane Municipal Corporation is the Local Urban Body that administers Kalwa. The nearby places to Kalwa are Airoli (5.8 Km), Thane East (5.92 Km), Thane West (6.68 Km), Mulund West (8.36 Km) and Ghansoli (9.44 Km).
